It's not clear why installing mokutil would force install of the
libefivar1 real package, when libefivar1t64 has a versioned Provides: of
it; or why this would happen on one particular flavor when the grub code
is rather generic across flavors. But if bumping mokutils through
resolves it, we can remove the armhf binary to get this done sooner
rather than later.
