Public bug reported:
avogadrolibs 1.99.0-5 applies a significant patch which enables avogadro
to fetch PDB files for protein structures.
Please sync the ubuntu build of avogadrolibs to 1.99.0-5 and enable it
to be included in the noble LTS release.
