latest Ubuntu version and re-test. If you then find the bug is still

( No apport tools were used in the creation of this bug filing, but only
18.04 is mentioned in the text description, where Ubuntu MATE 22.04 LTS
is the oldest supported release of Ubuntu MATE.  Please re-file this if
detected on Ubuntu-MATE 23.10, or Ubuntu-MATE 22.04 LTS.  When reporting
bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu-bug' and the name
