Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. I addressed this in initramfs-tools 0.142ubuntu21 (which
is still in noble-proposed):
* configure_networking:
- Increase minimum timeout to 30 seconds
** Changed in: initramfs-tools (Ubuntu)
