Public bug reported:
libsdl-perl 2.548-4build2 ftbfs because of an implicit function
declaration, which is now a fatal build failure on armhf due to time_t.
The armhf binaries will be removed from the release pocket, along with
the binaries for frozen-bubble, to allow the migration to proceed.
