Thanks for reporting the bug. I tried to reproduce the issue on a Focal
installation but could not reproduce the issue on 20.04.6 and "Pcnnew"
window was displayed.
Can you please try again and if its reproducible then please give the steps to
reproduce the issue.
I am marking the bug as Incomplete till then, please mark it as New when you
add the steps to reproduce this issue.
