Checking the logs, this is the problem you faced:
mysqld: Error on realpath() on '"/var/lib/mysql-files/";' (Error 2 - No
such file or directory)
Could you confirm that the /var/lib/mysql-files does not exist? Did you
apply any customization in your environment?
