Public bug reported: Computer locking on boot due to Graphics. llvmpipe (LLVM 12.0.0, 256 bits) this driver comes up in safe mode. I have installed, uninstalled, purged, re-installed Nvidia many times. The system still boots only in safe mode and with the aforementioned graphics. I cannot run a second monitor which is my main issue. I can boot if I change boot to "nomodeset"" but that leaves the second monitor unable to function. I wanted to upgrade to 22.04 with the thought this may solve this issue, but that did not work either. Currently I am downloading an image of 22.04 to install from scratch. I am a newbie but know enough to know I don't know jack.
