Public bug reported:
With glibc 2.39-0ubuntu7 and later, fastqtl has failed its autopkgtests
on armhf:
594s Reading covariates in [covariates.txt.gz]
594s
594s ESC[33mERROR:ESC[0m No header line detected!
594s autopkgtest [16:28:23]: test run-sample-analysis: -----------------------]
598s autopkgtest [16:28:27]: test run-sample-analysis: - - - - - - - - - -
results - - - - - - - - - -
598s run-sample-analysis FAIL non-zero exit status 1
This error is reproducible.
It may be a regression introduced by some other package than glibc, but
this glibc includes arm changes so filing here initially just in case.
