Build-Depends: cmake, debhelper-compat (=13), dh-cmake, dh-cmake-compat
(=1)
replacing (=1) with (= 1) lets the parsing succeed.
$ sudo apt build-dep .
Note, using directory '.' to get the build dependencies
Reading package lists... Done
E: Problem parsing dependency: Build-Depends
