Thanks for reporting this bug and helping making Ubuntu better.
Sorry for the delay on replying to this bug, it is likely that it got
lost through former triaging processes.
Do you still see such issues by any chance? If so, would you be able to
provide a minimal reproducer for the issue? For instance, how are
certificates being generated, configuration files pointing to those,
etc. Then finally a call with a connection attempt which would result in
the errors you experienced back then. This way, we can assess if we are
looking at an actual bug or at a configuration issue.
Until then, I am marking this bug as incomplete. Once the requested
information is provided, please, move the status of this bug back to
new.
