Public bug reported:
loupe fails to build.
It has a dependency chain on glycin-loaders which depends on rust-zbus
which has been removed.
Unfortunately, rust-zbus is not easily buildable with the current
packaged Rust crates, and there is very little time left before Ubuntu
24.04 LTS is finalized.
Therefore, let's revendor Loupe and glycin-loaders.
(This is not that different from what we do with Snapshot where
vendoring is required to meet current Main Inclusion policy.)
