Hello,
I downloaded
5.7G ubuntu-24.04-desktop-amd64.iso
it will not fit on a 4.7GB dvd and not all systems boot off of usb well
at least here in north america.
you used to do an alternate iso with a text based install that provided
lower filesize
my tower pc doesnt boot off usb
