Hello,
After a fresh install of Ubuntu-Cinnamon in French, the language was still in
English.
The locale command shows the variables are "fr_FR.UTF-8" except LANGUAGE which
is "en".
I didn't find how to switch language in the control panel so I had to write
"LANGUAGE=fr" in /etc/environment to have the French language at restart.
