- Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
specification (LP: #176994).
- Bump standards version to 3.7.3.
- Add Homepage, Vcs-Bzr and Vcs-Browser fields.
* Remove the debian/NEWS file.
* Fix two typos in debian/copyright.
