You mean:
kwrite foo
kwrite bar

And you would like both in the same kwrite instance? Is that it?

I believe this is impossible with kwrite because it does not support the --use 
option. In kate, you would do:
kate foo
kate --use bar

In your case, it seems the --use is automatic...

This said, kwrite and kate are really the same program! Why not use kate
instead?
