ubuntu-24.04-desktop-amd64.iso initrd does not call cloud-initramfs-dyn-
netconf, therefore not initializing the network in initrd, breaking
loading the ISO from network (e.g., via the url= parameter).
ubuntu-24.04-live-server-amd64.iso initrd calls cloud-initramfs-dyn-
netconf from main/scripts/init-premount, therefore url= works as
expected.
