At the same time, this logs seems to be incomplete compared from what I can see on the HDMI output when it works (in that case, with fKMS), I can see many more lines between those last "rcu:" lines and the prompt which I cannot see on the serial. Edit: I just realised the difference is that I only see kernel messages on serial while I see kernel messages + systemd service messages on hdmi. No real problem here.
