Actually it was an email conversation related to Bug #162794, and the
script is fix-urls.sh found in the feisty/ubuntu directory.  It appears
the script wasn't run for Gutsy.

For example the "Users Administration Tool manual" link on
https://help.ubuntu.com/7.10/keeping-safe/C/users.html points to a ghelp
file.  Fixing this is probably as simple as running the script and
rebuilding the current site.

That doesn't fix the SSLOptions issue however :-).  Attached is a patch
for the Gutsy docs.
