Public bug reported:

Snap apps such as firefox do not follow / respect the selected mouse
cursor theme. That's quite annoying and should be solved very soon as
that issue exists for too long already.

- Kubuntu 22.04
- affects different versions of Firefox, Chromium, etc. (actually all snap apps)
- fix asap or switch back to normal ..deb packaging is required
- unfortunately nothing happened yet
