I can confirm that numptyphysics from focal-proposed has fixed the bug for me.
Test done: install numptyphysics in a focal system execute numptyphysics and confirm the segfault is seen Add focal-proposed to apt sources update numptyphysics from focal-proposed execute numptyphysics again and cofirm that numptyphysics screen is displayed and can be used. Test result: the issue with numptyphysics has been fixed.
