Debian did remove the prelink package, and seems to have split execstack
into a separate package (which has also been removed). Not sure why that
wasn't followed in Ubuntu, if execstack is even still needed.

I'm not keen on trying to reproduce, but I'm pretty sure prelink, as it
stands, will still brick your system pretty hard (see comments).
