Apologies I didn't realize the patch included some changes I was playing
with for the other Bug #162794.  Here's a better patch.

Hope it's not too off topic to discuss the other bug... trying to kill
two birds with one stone and I think things may have become slightly
muddled.

For the SRU:

  1) The impact for user's happens if they use the options documented in the 
HTTP (Apache) section.  The +CompatEnvVars option causes Apache to not start.
 
  2) The bug has been addressed by removing the +CompatEnvVars option and some 
of the other options that are not strictly necessary.

  3) Updated Patch attached.

  4) To reproduce the bug simply follow the instructions in the
documentation and restart Apache.

  5) I don't think there is much potential for regression.  Strictly
speaking Apache will serve HTTPS with no SSLOptions configured.

Please let me know if I can supply any more information for the SRU
process.
