Ubuntu introduced following delta:
spotlighter (0.3-1.1ubuntu1) noble; urgency=medium
* d/p/2_ftbfs_implicit_declaration.patch: declare callback to
resolve -Werror=implicit-function-declaration ftbfs (LP: #2061331).
Debian has integrated those changes in
spotlighter (0.3-1.2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Non-maintainer upload.
* Add patch to add callback declaration to resolve
-Werror=implicit-function-declaration. (Closes: #1066355)
