Yes, reproducible on Gutsy. I have Gutsy and this WAS working, and no no longer is. The one thing I can think of was that I just pulled the USB cable (oops) and then got a message that I should have "ejected" the camera. The camera is working, and there are pictures on it, but it's telling me "no images found." I get the same d-bus type messages as above:
~$ gnome-volume-manager-gthumb %h process 20003: arguments to dbus_message_new_method_call() were incorrect, assertion "_dbus_check_is_valid_path (path)" failed in file dbus-message.c line 1074. This is normally a bug in some application using the D-Bus library. libhal.c 1058 : Couldn't allocate D-BUS message error: libhal_device_get_property_type: (null): (null) -- Import on camera dock event not firing https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/68707 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
