I just ran into this issue after upgrading to 24.04. Despite making sure all packages are updated, it doesn't seem like this fix has reached the general public. I had to manually download remmina_1.4.35+dfsg-0ubuntu5_amd64.deb and install it, which does indeed fix the issue.
