* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2065228). Remaining changes:
- Ensure xdg-desktop-portal-lxqt is a dependency of lxqt-core.
- Add lxqt-archiver to archiver Recommends.
* Dropped changes:
- Remove old Breaks/Replaces since we're past the LTS.
