Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* Remove hardcoded libpoppler-glib8t dependency
Explicit dependency has been removed in Debian package.
