Public bug reported:

After locking screen, the keyboard is not able to "wake up" the display
even after entering password and logging in (Able to log in
successfully, but display is still in standby mode). A mouse click has
to be performed to get the display to turn on.

Both keyboard and mouse are connected to the built-in USB hub on the display.
When keyboard is connected directly to tower, this issue also occurs.

Using Ubuntu 24.04 LTS with Nvidia graphics (nvidia-driver-550)
