Public bug reported:
Ubuntu 24.04 does not display the battery charge correctly after connecting the
charger. A similar issue is described here:

However, there are a number of nuances: The problem appears precisely when
connecting the charging cable, the problem is floating, it may not arise at
all, then it will trigger every time it is connected. It can be treated by
rebooting or restarting the service, as in the option described in the old post.
The system was installed from scratch, not as an update
System: Linux Helly 6.8.0-31-generic #31-Ubuntu SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Sat

The previous release 23.10 does not have a similar problem
