Hi Michael, Yes everytime I start the program. I get the message that '2 images were saved, just before the crash. Would you like to recover them?'. If I do try to recover them, they appear on the screen. Then I stop Gimp and the crash information shows.
I just tried to end the program AFTER closing the images from the dropdown menu 'Files' and restart Gimp, no crash in this case, so it looks like I need to close everything before stopping Gimp.
