Please sync atomes 1.1.14-1.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
  * Drop hardcoded libgtk-3-0 dependency

libgtk-3-0 has been dropped as an explicit dependency from the Debian
package too.
