Public bug reported:
After login, Ubuntu Software pops up a window that says updates are available
so i click Update.
It fails with message that Snap Store cannot update because it has running
apps. See screenshot.
Tried to use ubuntu-bug to report it but neither "Ubuntu Software" nor
"ubuntu-software" can be found in list of packages.
