Public bug reported:

If a file name or directory name within a directory being backed up with zip
contains a unicode right single quoation mark, zip can no longer handle it.
Zip returns
*** buffer overflow detected ***: terminated

Using the zip program available in Ubuntu 22.04, even on a Ubuntu 24.04 system,
correctly handles such file names.
