Public bug reported:
On Thinkpad t15 gen2 fingerprint reader works on lock screen if locked
manually, but doesn't work when system resumes from sleep. It doesn't
matter if system was suspended after a period of inactivity or manually.
According to logs, fprintd seems to be launched, but gnome-shell
switches to password authentication.
I've seen this issue several times on Ubuntu 23.10 but on Ubuntu 24.04 it
reproduces every time. May be some timing issues or race conditions, i don't
know...
