Public bug reported:

Hi,

since upgrading to 24.04, gnupg doesn't find my USB token anymore
(Yubikey 4). Although lsusb lists the device and although gpg asks me to
insert the key with the correct number, it just doesn't recognize.

Even
gpg --card-edit
and
gpg-card

do not find the token. Restarting gpg-agent does not help, and strace
shows, that the agent does not access USB at all.

Is it possible that USB has not been compiled in?
