It also happens to me, using amule and other programs (gutsy).
In kernel log, i found this entry:

Jan  3 19:50:39 sedonc kernel: [  787.472000] ndiswrapper
(NdisFreeBuffer:1180): invalid buffer

>From the output of lspci:

Other details about my version of ndiswrapper and the driver i'm using:

[   21.596000] ndiswrapper version 1.45 loaded (smp=yes)
[   21.684000] ndiswrapper: driver bcmwl5a (Broadcom,12/22/2004, 3.100.46.0) 
loaded
