Please sync tfortune 1.0.2-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* Remove dependency on shared library, ${shlib:Depends} is working
these days.
Extra dependency has been dropped from the Debian package as well now
