After installing `libbz2-dev`, I installed the following at
`/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/bzip2.pc`
```
prefix=/usr
exec_prefix=/usr
libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu
includedir=/usr/include
Name: bzip2
Description: Some shit
Version: 1.0.8-5build1
Libs: -L${libdir} -lbz2
Cflags: -I${includedir}
```
