Hi, crypto-policies is not supported on Ubuntu: it requires deep integration with the packages and their configurations. This integration doesn't exist and is unlikely to ever exist outside of redhat-based distributions because of how tight it has to be. Past uses of crypto- policies on Ubuntu and Debian have therefore been without effect.
