Public bug reported:
hypercorn won't build because it depends on node-mermaid, which has been
removed from the archive (the last Ubuntu release to contain it was
Jammy).
Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove hypercorn as well because
it's a build dependency of quart, which itself it a build dependency of
libsoup3.
