Hello Daniel, Thanks for your perspective. But i could not find where it's grounded.
You said replacing the drive fixed the issue, but your act to change the drive to solve the problem, might be well meaning the software problem as well. My NVME have much free space. There's no evidence of drive failure. And when i deleted the packages i mentioned above, the system got faster.
