Public bug reported:
The code that detects universal-ctags,
does this:
`echo | ctags -L - -f /dev/null`
On Focal this fails with:
`sort: /dev/null: error truncating: Invalid argument`
It works properly on any more recent distros.
I think this upstream fix should be applied to Focal:
