Public bug reported:

Dracut does not support booting from a ZFS volume. Steps to reproduce:

1. In a VM install Ubuntu 24.10 with ZFS
2. Install dracut afterwards
3. Add rd.shell to the boot arguments
4. Reboot

The boot will fail:

dracut: FATAL: Don't know how to handle 'root=ZFS=rpool/ROOT/ubuntu_m9ls9k'
dracut: Refusing to continue
```
