Public bug reported:
The error "/usr/lib/android-sdk/tools already exists." is preventing
installation of this package.
The only way I've found around this is to execute the following:
apt install google-android-tools-installer
rm -rf /usr/lib/android-sdk/tools
apt install google-android-tools-installer
