Thanks for the confirmation axino.

I would like to read up on the bcache-tools udev rules and see if
there's anything historically blocking moving them later in the boot
cycle, but if all checks out I'd be glad to make a PPA and do as much
testing as I reasonably can.

This will take a bit of research, so maybe by the time everything is
researched and tested, a system will be available to test the fix in a
more production-like environment.
