I am using Ubuntu 24.04 and Nvidia driver 535 on GeForce 940MX. I
received the latest Ubuntu software update on 7/2/2024 PST. The update
contains nvidia driver and libnvidia updates. However, the update cannot
proceed due to the following errors.

I do not want to mess with the drivers' versions. How can I
systematically fix these dependency problems? Thanks ahead.
