Public bug reported:
I just upgraded to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS and the following behavior appeared:
- Open a window
- Maximize the window
- Click on the top bar (the one displaying the date and time, battery level,
etc.)
=> The window is un-maximized and the top half of the screen is highlighted in
blue (as if I was trying to drag and drop the window to this top half screen).
** Affects: ubuntu
