bug 1953359 is actually closed as a duplicate of a different bug
1952915; bug 1944759 references this bug; I understand that you need the
full set of patches to resolve this specific issue.
Rather than document the full history of every patch as you might find
in a commit history please lets pull this up a level with a summary of
the actual problem the SRU is resolving for the end user, referencing
this bug only (not dependent commits and their associated bugs) -
something along the lines of:
* Resolve issues with resize of CPU pinned instances (LP: #1953359):
- d/p/lp1953359-{1,2,3}.patch: Fix resize race condition by applying
temporary migration context.
- d/p/lp1944759-{1,2}.patch: Fix resize CPU pinning resource tracking race
condition.
it would also be nice if the patches where named consistently.
