Thank you for making this bug report and making Ubuntu better Salvatore! Does unbound remain inactive after the upgrade, or does the postinst maintainer script start it up again for you successfully?
If automatically restarted, how long is this downtime you are experiencing when doing the upgrades? I don't imagine it should be terribly long, but I could see that being an issue on certain devices. Either way, the patch seems simple enough.
